• Apple juice and cider making: 12 people took this course October 2009 - everyone enjoyed pressing the apples taking home both bottled juices, fruit vinegars and one gallon of cider complete with air lock. We will be running this same course again in autumn 2010 at the Yarner Trust in Welcombe.
