West Lake organic apple cider vinegars mature slowly over a 3 year period. This allows a natural fermentation resulting in the very highest quality found on the market. At the time of pressing we add a small amount of vitamin C as an antioxidant but no sulphates or other chemicals are used. Made purely from freshly picked organic apples and left for nature to develop. Available in 50cl bottles, One litre swing top bottles, 2.5 & 5 litre plastic jerricans. 25 litre containers supplied by special arrangement.
Our traditional apple cider vinegar is made from unsprayed orchards too small to warrant the rather pricey organic license. The vinegar is of the highest quality.. Available in 50cl glass bottles or 2.5 and 5 litre plastic jerricans. Chutney makers and commercial kitchens may purchase 25 litre containers at competative prices.
